You might use equipment such as forklifts to load and move items.

Freight Handlers must be physically fit and able to keep up with the manual labour demands of this role. It’s important that you can focus on safety and work to correct procedures at all times. Freight Handlers should have good teamwork skills and must be able to communicate clearly. You’ll need to be able to handle a range of administrative tasks during your day.
