Irrigation Technician

An Irrigation Technician works on a range of irrigation systems for residential gardens, community parks and landscaped areas. You might install irrigation systems to meet the needs of different projects or provide maintenance on already established systems. Irrigation Technicians might conduct repairs or adjustments to irrigation set ups.

Irrigation Technicians require good technical skills and the ability to use their knowledge in a range of settings. You’ll need to show excellent observational skills and be able to pay attention to detail. Irrigation Technicians may work as part of a larger team so communication skills are important. You’ll need to be willing to work outdoors in a range of weather conditions.
