Polymer Technician

A Polymer Technician produces plastic and rubber products in a factory or manufacturing operation. You’ll use specialist equipment and machinery to create individual products or pieces used as components in other items. Polymer Technicians may produce items for a range of industries or specialise in a particular polymer field.

Polymer Technicians should have strong technical skills and excellent attention to detail. It’s important you are safety focused and can follow correct procedures during your work. Polymer Technicians should be able to communicate well and work as part of a team. You must be able to follow instructions and work with drawings and specifications.
