Recovery Nurses focus on monitoring vital signs, managing pain, and addressing any post-operative complications. You’ll assess patients’ conditions, provide necessary interventions, and offer support to both patients and their families.
Recovery Nurses play a critical role in the immediate post-operative period. You’ll need to be attentive, calm under pressure, and able to respond quickly to any changes in a patient’s condition. You’ll collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth and safe recovery for each patient.
