You might analyse current procedures and make recommendations for improvements. Technical Business Analysts may oversee the implementation of new systems and provide training to staff when needed.

Technical Business Analysts must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable liaising with clients from a range of backgrounds. You’ll need strong technical abilities and good problem solving skills. Technical Business Analysts must be able to work as part of a larger team and manage their time well.
