In an era of rapid globalization, businesses must respond and adapt to changes if they wish to remain competitive. This unit will introduce you to the complexity of conducting international business in an increasingly integrated world.

Human Resource Management (MM221)
Human resource management (HRM) practitioners have wide and varied roles.

Studying this unit, you will explore the many dimensions of HRM, with a focus on understanding and improving employment relationships and the quality of working life within existing political, legal, and economic structures in organizations.

You will examine strategic HRM, human resource planning, and international HRM, as well as regulatory frameworks such as equal opportunity and work health and safety. You will explore important aspects of the employment relationship including: recruitment and selection; training and development; performance appraisal; remuneration; job analysis and design; and career development.

Managing Change (MM320)
Organizations must constantly adapt and evolve to stay relevant in our competitive and globalized world. Managers and employees who understand the dynamic and ongoing processes of managing change have an edge in the modern workplace.

Organisational Leadership (MM324)
Strong leaders inspire and motivate others to perform at their best. But achieving these outcomes takes self-awareness, authenticity, emotional intelligence, ethical clarity, and reflective practice.
