Bachelor of Nursing

Nationally Recognised Higher Education

As a QUT nursing graduate you will be skilled in delivering safe and competent practice across diverse populations, responding to the challenges of health care with agility and resilience, and engaging consumers as informed partners in their health care.

Foundation studies will build your knowledge in key areas of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology and will introduce you to professional nursing practice and contemporary healthcare.

You will also develop an understanding of pharmacology, emphasising quality use of medicines. These studies are complemented with opportunities to apply nursing theory to clinical practice in our on-campus facilities and in clinical placements off campus.
