Specific objectives of the one year Bachelor of Science (Food Technology) (Honours) program are to:
- develop your skills in critical thinking, self-directed learning and communication,
- equip you with the skills, knowledge and capabilities to work effectively in a range of research settings,
- support you in participating in existing and RMIT research projects.
