Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Designed specifically for the commercial sector, our Building Leaders in Construction program provides a professional development pathway for site supervisors, leading hands and finishing foremen.
Highly regarded and unique to this industry, Building Leaders in Construction is a premium management and leadership program for hand-selected participants, providing them with a nationally accredited Diploma of Leadership & Management qualification.
Our premium management and leadership program designed specifically for site supervisors, site managers, project managers, contract administrators, leading hands, finishing foremen and structural foremen who have been in their current role for at least two years.
The Building Leaders in Construction training and professional development program has been designed by key industry experts to ensure participants receive the highest level of training to advance their skills and careers.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Able to demonstrate current employment within the commercial sector for at least two years as a site supervisor, leading hand, finishing foreman, structural foreman (or similar)
Nominated by an employer and have access to a mentor throughout the program
