Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) This entry level qualification provides the foundation skills and knowledge to use information and communications technology (ICT) in any industry. This certificate course gives students the opportunity to engage in and understand a range of ICT practices through a range of real-life situations and simulated environments. This course will engage students in learning activities which will allow them to develop an understanding of various IT skills such as configuring operating systems, acquiring and using new and upgraded technology, selecting, installing and using computer software as well as solving organisational problems by applying technology.
