Certificate II in Salon Assistant
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This is a preparatory qualification which provides a defined and limited range of basic skills and knowledge used in hairdressing salons by individuals who provide assistance with client services from the Hairdressing and Beauty Services Training Package.
In this course students will learn the basic skills of a salon assistant. Student will carry out various tasks including shampooing, blow drying, shaping, braiding and colouring hair. They will learn how to greet and prepare clients and learn to work in a team environment.
