Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) This qualification reflects the role of individuals in entry-level Business Services job roles. Tasks include a range of basic procedural, clerical, administrative or operational tasks that require self-management and technology skills. This course may be available as a 180-hour course to undertake the full qualification or a 120-hour course for a Statement of Attainment towards BSB20120 Certificate II in Workplace Skills.Delivery mode
