Certificate III in Business
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Certificate III is a practical course that learners will apply the skills and knowledge they gain into their everyday working operations. The course gives learners the confidence to utilise their acquired skills across many different industries and roles and as a stepping stone towards career progression from demonstrating the skills obtained.
The Certificate III in Business course has been developed to include customer service skills, workplace communication skills, record keeping, word processing, computing, creating spreadsheets, basic bookkeeping concepts, customer relationships, environmental sustainability and WHS.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
For Certificate level courses, students must have completed a minimum of Year 10 schooling or equivalent or to be a mature age student (20 years of age and above).
Students need to demonstrate they have proficiency in English. If students cannot provide documented proof of their English language proficiency, they will be required to sit for a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test before a place can be offered.
