Certificate III in Community Services

This qualification has been developed to grow your knowledge in needs identification, service planning and development, and team leadership.
You will learn about various elements of the community services sector including mental health, alcohol, drug and domestic violence services. This qualification is focused on developing your skills in effective communication, information development and distribution, process development, ethical behaviour and meeting the legal responsibilities of community services workers.
