Develop your skills at our industry-standard Regency Campus Brewery, studying in three intensive blocks of two weeks each.
You will gain practical skills and technical knowledge in these essential areas:
- Boots-on experience producing commercial beers from ingredients to finished bottles
- A comprehensive lecture series including selecting ingredients, equipment and processes, workplace safety and quality standards, and all aspects of beer production
- Guest presentations from suppliers, scientists and allied technical experts
- Practical laboratory experience and advice
- Tours and site visits to see first-hand a range of maltings, breweries, and the trade
