Combine work-based training as a workplace trainee in the ICT industry and learn the theoretical elements with formal training from Chisholm.
Students must be employed within the ICT industry and a training contract between the employer and the trainee is required prior to enrolment. Traineeships are a great way to be paid for work, learn and earn a qualification.
During the course, you will learn how to provide ICT support to clients; create ICT user documentation; care for computer hardware; provide basic system administration; apply introductory programming techniques; work in a team; develop and extend critical and creative thinking skills.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
All applicants to complete BKSB and must obtain ACSF exit level 2 (working at level 3) in both literacy and numeracy, trainees must have a Registered Training Agreement with their employer.
