Certificate III in Tourism
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification will provide you with well-developed tourism service, sales or operational skills. You'll be taught about using discretion, judgement and having a sound knowledge of industry operations. On completion you'll be able to work under limited supervision and may provide operational advice and support to team members.
This qualification gives you the opportunity to work in the varied tourism industry sectors and for diverse employers including tour operators, inbound tour operators, visitor information centres, at attractions, cultural and heritage sites and any small tourism businesses requiring multi-skilled employees.
