Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course will give you the technical qualifications you need to apply for various building licences through the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC).
This reflects the role of builders, site managers and managers of small to medium-sized building businesses who apply knowledge of structural principles, codes, standards and legal requirements to building and construction projects.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Participants in this program are required to be currently employed in the construction industry and hold a Certificate III trade qualification or equivalent.
Industry experience – minimum 2 – 4 years depending on trade and supervisory experience
