The Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) CPC40120 is the ideal stepping stone to growing your career or business in building and construction. This nationally recognised qualification will give you the eligibility to apply for the licence you need and set you on your way to becoming a registered builder in most states.
You will get the skills and knowledge you need to start your own business, run multiple building sites under your licence, or expand your business by taking on low-rise residential and commercial projects. You will also get the technical and managerial skills to become a foreman, site manager or leading hand for low-rise buildings and construction projects.
