Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Certificate IV in Building & Construction (Building) is designed to meet the needs of people working in the building industry and who aim to be builders and managers of small to medium-sized building projects.
This nationally recognised qualification will increase your knowledge and skills in the Residential Building Industry.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
be aged 18 years or over
be an existing worker in a building supervision role
have the support of their supervisor and employer
hold a minimum of a Higher School Certificate (or equivalent)
able to commit to the course duration and time commitment
Have already attained a “Whitecard”
Satisfactorily completed our Language Literacy and Numeracy assessment
Have a completed workplace support agreement, which confirms the resources required for training and assessment will be made available to the student.
