The qualification AHC40422 Certificate IV in Horticulture allows you to develop post-trade skills and knowledge across a broad coverage of the industry prior to undertaking higher roles in the industry.

You learn how to control small horticultural projects, improve soils, manage equipment and machinery, implement pest management and chemical use strategies, manage water systems and horticultural production, recruit and induct staff and maintain work health and safety.

Your studies include subjects from the Diploma of Horticulture which can provide entrée to supervisory positions in the Horticulture industries such as nurseries, country clubs and resorts, council services, and visitor attractions such as theme parks
