Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) This nationally recognised qualification advances culinary skills and provides training to work as a supervisor or team leader, cook or chef in a range of kitchen settings. This course will make you job ready for roles such as Supervisor/Team Leader Chef or Cook. You'll also establish a comprehensive understanding of commercial kitchen operations, learning people management skills, finance processes and food safety programs.
