Certificate IV in Kitchen Management

Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) This qualification reflects the role of commercial cooks who use a wide range of well-developed cookery skills and sound knowledge of kitchen operations to prepare food and menu items. The work role will have a supervisory or team leading role, with graduates working independently or with some limited guidance from others.

Domestic Students

  • There are no mandated entry requirements.
School Leaver: C Grades in Year 11 WACE General English, and OLNA; or NAPLAN 9 Band 8
Non-School Leaver: C Grades in Year 11 English and Maths or equivalent
AQF: Certificate II or Certificate III Additional requirements may apply.
