You will be equipped to provide leadership and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of the team and its work outcomes.
It is an introductory course for supervisors, team leaders as well as frontline and mid to upper level managers. It is a perfect qualification for people who find themselves in a supervisory role without any formal training in management or supervision.
