Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification is suitable for those who step up in the industry by leading and managing a team. This course will provide you with insights into your own and your team's performance experiences and teach you how to lead, guide, and support others. This course will introduce you to the organising responsibilities necessary to monitor the performance of the team. You will be able to gather information from various sources, analyse and evaluate its relevance to your business.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Minimum 18 years of age
Be an Australian citizen/Permanent Resident or hold a valid visa for the duration (e.g. Subclass 500 - Student Visa)
Basic computing skills and have access to a modern computer with internet
Complete a test to assess your LLN- language, literacy and numeracy skills or have a valid English Language Test (i.e. IELTS or PTE).
A minimum overall score of 5.5 is required for candidates with IELTS with a minimum score of 5 in each band. Comparable PTE results will also be accepted.
