This module sets the scene. We help participants identify the foundational expectations and requirements of being an effective leader and manager. Participants will learn how to plan, execute and achieve personal and team goals as well as appreciate the impact effective leadership has on others. We discuss time management and how planning and achieving personal and business goals can make a very real difference in the workplace.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
You must be in a supervisor or management role or be able to simulate it within your workplace in order to participate in this course.
You have a minimum of 11 years of schooling, or a Certificate III level qualification, or at least 4 years equivalent work experience
You have a professional working proficiency in English
You are able to access and use technology to create business documents
