Students will learn to provide leadership, guidance, and support to others in their performance. Students will gain skills in developing and applying solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
This course is relevant to a range of industries and suits students who are currently in a leadership position or aspiring to become a leader. This course is delivered via blended learning.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
GOTAFE entry requirements
Complete a Basic Key Skills Builder (BKSB)an online test to ensure the required literacy & numeracy levels for the course are met.
Undertake a Pre-training review interview to ensure the course suits their needs and aspirations, and that they are likely to complete the course successfully.
It is preferred that students hold a management or supervisory position in the workplace to implement and enhance their learning. If students do not hold one of these positions it will be discussed with them how they will be able to access workplace documentation and practices to reflect on.
Please note:
New enrolments are accepted at anytime throughout the year - Students can commence at the beginning of any new unit.
This course is not suitable for school leavers.
Technology requirements
A laptop/computer with internet access, including access to video streaming.
A webcam, headset with microphone for participation in virtual classes.
