Project administrators are responsible for coordinating all aspects of a project, from developing a plan or framework, through to communications, resourcing, staffing and delegation within a specified budget and timeframe. Project administrators are a key asset of many organisations across a wide range of industries.
This course provides you with project management skills that can be applied to both small and large-scale projects. You will learn about project scope and timeline development, quality control measures, resource, costing, data and risk management, as well as engaging and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
