This qualification represents the competencies of individuals who apply their knowledge, practical expertise, and leadership skills across various business and industry settings. At this level, individuals demonstrate proactiveness and discernment in planning, organizing, executing, and overseeing their own tasks and those of their colleagues. They utilize effective communication skills to support individuals and teams in meeting the requirements of their organization or enterprise. They are capable of devising, implementing, and assessing solutions to unpredictable challenges while also identifying, scrutinizing, and synthesizing information from diverse sources.

This qualification consists of twelve (12) units of competency, of which there are six (6) core units and six (6) electives.

ABC Training and Consulting has been operating as an RTO (#5800) in QLD for 20+ years, originally under the name of Alan Bartlett Consulting. In 2017 a management change resulted in a change of direction and a concentration of training provision within a few niche industry areas: Laboratory Operations, Forest and Wood Products and Manufacturing.
