Diploma of Leadership and Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The nationally recognised course, BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management is a valuable qualification for those wishing to complement their current operational skills. This course will allow you to develop and formalise advanced business skills and attain a nationally recognised qualification. Providing a broad introduction to business management, you will learn fundamental skills including: emotional intelligence, project management, recruitment and how to manage a team of employees.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Be employed in a veterinary practice. Twenty hours per week is desired however course schedule may be adjusted to accommodate a minimum of ten hours employment per week.
Be over 18 years of age
Have sound language and literacy skills (at least Year 10 English, or equivalent)
Be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, hold an appropriate Visa to work in Australia or study offshore
