Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Our BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification is designed to equip students with knowledge and practical skills to gain experience for leadership and management roles across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement in organising, implementing, and monitoring the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams in the organisation. In addition, they plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems by analysing information from a variety of sources.
Upon successfully completing this nationally recognised qualification, students should be able to:
- lead and manage effective workplace relationships and team efficiency
- develop performance management processes and implement them
- plan, implement and review a quality assurance program
