Diploma of Leadership and Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Diploma of Leadership and Management aims to provide students with both academic knowledge and practical management skills.
This qualification is best suited to those looking to enhance their pre-existing leadership and management skills and knowledge to enable them to be a more effective manager. It would also suit those who are moving into a more mid-level position within their organisation.
Individuals at this level display initiative and judgment in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements. They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.
