Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.
They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Applicants must be minimum 18 years of age at the time of commencement
Successful completion of Year 12 in Australia, or an equivalent overseas qualification
Successful completion of Clinton Institute’s Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment
In addition, Applicants should have basic computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and have access to a personal computer
Successful completion of Cert IV or higher qualification within the business or another training package, or relevant business experience.
