Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management is suitable for experienced managers who are looking to expand their leadership capabilities.
If you have new or existing leaders who have been in a leadership role for at least 2 years but have never had formal leadership training, this course can help them to expand their critical leadership skills, improve teamwide communication and culture and assist them in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others.
