Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course is designed for individuals who are ready to harness their leadership potential and excel in management roles across a range of industries.
Through a combination of practical skills and experience, you will learn how to plan, organise, implement and monitor your workload and the workload of others. You will also develop your communication skills, enabling you to support individuals and teams to meet the requirements of your organisation or enterprise.
But that's not all – you will also learn how to tackle unpredictable problems with confidence, using your initiative and judgement to plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions. You will become skilled at identifying, analysing, and synthesising information from a variety of sources, giving you a competitive edge in today's fast-paced business world.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
GOTAFE entry requirements
Complete a Basic Key Skills Builder (BKSB)an online test to ensure the required literacy & numeracy levels for the course are met.
Undertake a Pre-training review interview to ensure the course suits their needs and aspirations, and that they are likely to complete the course successfully.
It is preferred that students hold a management or supervisory position in the workplace to implement and enhance their learning. If students do not hold one of these positions it will be discussed with them how they will be able to access workplace documentation and practices to reflect on.
Technology requirements
- A laptop/computer with internet access.
- Access to a digital camera or video camera for visual and audio assessment tasks.
