Diploma of Leadership and Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification provides skills and knowledge required to perform effectively as a manager, team leader or supervisor managing a workplace. It will develop skill base and knowledge and awareness of management practice. Workers at this level operate at an advanced skill level and may also have responsibility for the supervision of other staff and volunteers.
Graduates of the Diploma of Leadership and Management will develop an understanding of the dynamics and principles underlying effective functioning of work groups, as well as the necessary skills to competently function within small and/or large organisations.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business or other relevant qualification/s OR
- With vocational experience, but without holding a formal supervisory or management qualification AND
- Year 12 or equivalent AND over 18 years old at the time of enrolment
