Diploma of Leadership and Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification is ideal if you have considerable experience in your industry and you want to gain the skills and expertise needed to develop as an effective leader and manager. In this course, you will explore the critical capabilities of an effective leader and develop your skills to establish effective workplace relationships, lead team cohesiveness, manage quality customer service and improve your emotional intelligence.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- Have completed year 12 and provide TasTAFE with a copy of your Australian Senior Secondary Certificate of Education awarded to you by an agency or authority of a State or Territory; OR,
- Provide TasTAFE with a copy of a qualification at Level 4 or above in the Australian Qualifications Framework that was awarded to you. This qualification must have been delivered in English; OR,
- Complete an approved language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) assessment and display competence at or above Exit Level 3 in the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) in both literacy and numeracy.
