With topics from communicating with influence in the workplace to developing emotional intelligence in yourself and others it covers highly sought after skills to set you up for success in your career.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
There are no entry requirements stated in the Training Package rules for Diploma on Leadership and Management (BSB41419), however, participants must be over 18 years of age.
In addition, participants will be required to undertake a Learning, Literacy and Numeracy Quiz upon enrolment. This course requires participants to be at a ACSF Level 5, and The Change Network may inform you that the course may not be suited to your needs after this quiz. The quiz covers the core skills of learning, reading, writing, oral communications, and numeracy
