Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Our BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management qualification is designed to equip students to apply project management skills and knowledge. They should manage projects in a variety of contexts across a number of industry sectors. They have project leadership and management roles and are responsible for achieving project objectives. In addition, they possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical and managerial competencies to initiate, plan, execute and evaluate their own work and/or the work of others.
Upon successfully completing this nationally recognised qualification, students should be able to:
- manage all aspects of a project including scope, time and budgets
- lead teams and projects
- manage stakeholder engagement
- identify and manage potential risks
- solve problems to manage project completion
