The Diploma of Project Management provides you with the skills and knowledge for project leadership and management roles, and for overseeing and achieving project objectives. Manage project scope, time, quality, and costs, risk, and all other elements of project delivery. Gain a sound theoretical knowledge of project management, and use a range of specialised technical and managerial skills to initiate, plan, execute and evaluate your own work and that of other staff.
Electives are available in procurement, stakeholder engagement, governance, and policies and procedures for sustainability.
