Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply project management skills and knowledge. Individuals may manage projects in a variety of contexts, across a number of industry sectors. Individuals have project leadership and management roles and are responsible for achieving project objectives.
This course will give individuals the confidence to manage a major project from end to end. With units on planning, budgeting, reporting and scope, individuals will become confident in assessing risk, presenting your vision to stakeholders and leading team effectiveness.
