During this course participants will learn the ins and outs of running an agency with a strong focus on areas such as management activities and compliance around the responsibilities of running a team, managing compliance for an office, handling trust accounts, managing safety and other essential knowledge. With a comprehensive curriculum of core and elective units, you will be confident in the most up-to-date practices needed to be an expert in real estate management.
The diploma focuses on key management activities and compliance around the responsibilities of running a team, managing compliance for an office, handling trust accounts, managing safety and more. Aspire provides full support for all students to help them meet the requirements of the course and allows for monthly support sessions as an optional extra. This qualification applies to residential or commercial practice in real estate sales, real estate property management, strata management, business broking, stock and station, or auctioneering.
