Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) is the educational requirement to apply for a real estate licence in Western Australia, but you may also need to complete a Bridging Course. You’ll gain the skills and confidence to successfully own and run your own real estate agency.
Our self-paced course gives you the flexibility to study when it suits you, with assessment support from our full-time REIWA trainers who are available to answer your queries online, or in person at our Subiaco training rooms.
