Diploma of Property (Agency Management)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course, which is based on the nationally endorsed Property Services Training Package (CPP08) Diploma qualification, covering the Real Estate industry sector; will provide you with the skills needed to operate and manage a real estate agency business. You will learn the essential real estate skills of selling, marketing, leasing and property management, as well as managing the physical, human and financial resources that are required in the day to day running of a real estate business.
You will also gain the working knowledge that underpins the fundamental concepts relating to property and business law, urban and regional planning considerations, business/organisational risk management and appraising property, including building concepts and requirements. The Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) will allow you to seek employment as an Agency Manager.
