The salon management skills in the course focus on personal services including hairdressing or barber shops, nails and beauty salons, massage clinics and spas. Salon managers are responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operation of the business, including safety supervision, and planning, monitoring and avaluating the work of staff. Customer service is covered in the course as this is an essential part of a salon manager’s role.

With more than a decade of experience in the beauty industry, Ms Letran was able to fast-track her company’s growth. Today, Nartel Enterprises Pty.
