The Master of Business Administration focuses on leadership and change, innovation and entrepreneurship, finance, ethical practices and social responsibility. This unit examines the concepts, issues, and challenges that are critical for implementing, maintaining, and completing projects successfully. The reasons behind contemporary organizations' move towards a project approach are considered, and the common methodologies, tools, and techniques of project management are critically evaluated.
