Prepare and serve Espresso Coffee (Barista)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course is based on current industry standards, hands on application, relevant case studies and real discussions that can generate relevant skills and results. Delivered by expert industry trainers face to face on site in Brisbane.
This course will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to create and serve the perfect espresso coffee beverages using a commercial espresso machine and grinder, You will learn how to advise customers on coffee beverages, select and grind coffee beans, prepare and assess espresso coffee beverages and to use, maintain and clean the espresso machine and grinder.
