Cafe Attendant

A Café Attendant serves food and drinks to customers in a café or coffee shop. You’ll greet customers as they arrive and take their orders or give them a menu. Café Attendants process payments and may take orders to tables or prepare orders to go. You might prepare simple meals and perform other duties such as clearing tables, washing dishes or cleaning.

Café Attendants must have strong interpersonal skills and be good at customer service. It’s important that you can communicate well and work as part of a team. Café Attendants should be able to work quickly and may have to handle several tasks at once. You might have to work a range of shifts including nights and weekends.
