RSA is a 6 ½ hour face-to-face course that equips individuals with the required skills and knowledge to work in a licensed premises. Once you have successfully completed the RSA course, you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment (RSA Certificate) and an Interim Certificate issued on the behalf of NSW Liquor & Gaming.
