The Certificate III in Individual Support reflects the role of workers in the community and/or residential setting who follow an individualised plan to provide person-centred support to people who may require support due to ageing, disability and other reasons. This industry is rapidly growing and seeking new workers. Work involves using discretion and judgement in relation to individual support as well as taking responsibility for own outputs. Workers have a range of factual, technical and procedural knowledge, as well as some theoretical knowledge of the concepts and practices required to provide person-centred support.

The Certificate III in Individual Support is an excellent start to a career in nursing. The course with Aspire currently achieves above 90% employment outcomes for individuals looking for a role in the aged care, home and community or disability industries.

This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to provide first aid response, life support, management of casualty(s), the incident and other first aiders, until the arrival of medical or other assistance. This course is suitable for those students requiring workplace first aid skills.

Aspire Training & Development is an approved training provider (ATP) through NSW Liquor and Gaming to deliver Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG). RSA is a 6 ½ hour face-to-face course that equips individuals with the required skills and knowledge to work in a licensed premises. Once you have successfully completed the RSA course, you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment (RSA Certificate) and an Interim Certificate issued on the behalf of NSW Liquor & Gaming.

In order to work in the Construction Industry, you need to complete a White Card course. This course requires the ability to demonstrate personal awareness of Work Health & Safety (WHS) legislative requirements, and the basic principles of risk management and prevention of injury and illness in the construction industry.

Aspire Training & Development is an approved training provider (ATP) through NSW Liquor and Gaming to deliver Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG). RCG is a 6 ½ hour face-to-face course that equips individuals with the required skills and knowledge to satisfy the requirements of the Liquor and Gaming Regulations. Once you have successfully completed the RCG course, you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment and an Interim Certificate issued on the behalf of NSW Liquor & Gaming.
