ACWE’s The Leadership Principle: Emerging Leaders and Management Program is a 10-12 month program delivered in your workplace two (2) days once a month. A coaching session is provided per participants between the monthly workshops to ensure there is a seamless transition between the workshops and the implementation of the new skills.
